Program 2026

AI2Med is Turku’s dedicated event bringing together AI researchers and medical professionals. This one-day event focuses on the growing need for collaboration between computational scientists and healthcare practitioners, covering applications from medical imaging to protein design and clinical text mining.

This event provides a platform for researchers, clinicians, and students to share their work, exchange ideas, and build collaborative networks at the intersection of artificial intelligence and medical research.

AI2Med 2026 brings together five keynote speakers from leading academic and industry teams — Aalto University, ELLIS Institute Finland, LMU Munich University Hospital, AMD Silo AI, AIforia Technologies and CSC – IT Center for Science — alongside a poster session, an expert panel discussion and extended networking. The day is designed to connect researchers, clinicians and students working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and medicine.
