It pays particular attention to young people who are vulnerable and marginalized in various ways. From 2024 to 2027, the project is funded by the European Commission. In addition to the universities of Bologna, Porto, Aalborg, Turku, Geneva, Innsbruck and Manchester, the Association Europ\u00e9enne pour la D\u00e9mocratie Locale and WEDO Project Intelligence Made Easy SL are involved in the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The University of Turku sub-project develops evaluation criteria for civic participation and discussion forms.
