CURRENT ORGANIZER – EUPERT2025

The EUPERT2025 will take place in Turku, Finland. The meeting dates are 24th and 25th of September 2025.

Some preliminary information.

Program (2 days). Final program will be released in September, 2025

• Day 1: Registration starts at 11:00-12:00, actual meeting starts at 12:00-13:00
• Day 2: The event ends around 13:00-14:00.

Venue: Medisiina D, Kiinamyllynkatu 10, 20520 Turku, Finland. The building is close to train station at Kupittaa (trains to/from Helsinki) (see the map here).

Accommodation: We have a fixed price with Sokos hotel Kupittaa, which is located at the Kupittaa train station, and also near the meeting venue. The fixed price is for the 3 nights between 23-26.9.2025. The fixed price is cucrrently for 50 rooms. More information and discount code can be found in the EUPERT2025 invitation email.

Registration. Registration is now open, registration fee for the EUPERT2025 is 140€, which will be paid during the refgistration process. You can register for the meeting through this link: Registration EUPERT2025. Registration is open until 15th of August 2025.

Abstracts. Abstract submission is now open. Abstracts will be submitted to  organizers through the following email: eupert2025@utu.fi. Please, indicate “abstract submission to EUPERT2025” in the subject. Abstract submision is open until 15th of August, 2025.

Abstracts are invited for oral presentations in four areas of pertussis research and surveillance:

1. Diagnostics and typing
2. Biology and evolotion
3. Immunology and vaccines
4. Epidemiology

The abstract should consist of Background & Aims, Material and Methods, Results, and Conclusions. The word limit is 250. Abstracts can also be considered as poster presentations.
