Research Team

The HI-GEE project is conducted by a research team from the University of Turku, School of Economics. In recent years, the team members have studied the experiences of a diverse group of highly skilled internationals across several industries in Finland.

The team is complemented by an external advisor, Professor Natalia Vershinina from Audencia Business School in France. Professor Vershinina is an international expert in immigrant entrepreneurship, and her research cuts across the fields of entrepreneurship, gender, and family business.
