Keynote speaker

Our keynote speaker is Niina Lilja, Professor of Professional Communication at the University of Tampere. Professor Lilja’s research focuses on Finnish as a second language speakers in work and everyday interaction, and how it is possible to learn and become an expert in one’s field in such situations. Her key research areas include interaction, embodiment, gestures, multimodality, intersubjectivity, learning in and through interaction, and second language learning and teaching.
