Leads is a multidisciplinary research team combining sciences and arts. Our research interests include business management in companies, decision-making, emotional management and power in organisations, and the strategic reconciliation of the tensions that arise from these, well-being at work and experiences from an individual perspective. Our motivation is to promote the green transition and sustainable development at different levels of society. We want to promote the conditions for a good life for present and future generations. Our research takes into account a wide range of economic, social, cultural and environmental aspects.
