AIM
To support well-being at work by improving interaction between professionals working in the field of social and health care. Special target areas are challenging situations and aggressive incidents and how to prevent and cope with them.
CONTENT
- eLearning course
- curriculum includes: instructions, information, assignments, discussion forums, virtual patient
- leaning themes: ethical and legal issues, behavior-related internal and external factors, therapeutic relationship and self-awareness, teamwork and integrating knowledge with practice
- learning methods: self-awareness, reflection, peer support and tutor feedback
IMPLICATIONS
