Synthetic health data testbed supports new kinds of research and development activities

Co-Funded by the European Union

Product development in the health sector needs high-quality data. Artificially generated datasets have limited utility, while the use of real health data is strongly regulated. The synthetic data testbed is a new type of service that makes health information available for RDI without compromising data protection and information security requirements. Our goal is to enable more agile and cost-effective development of health technologies, such as novel AI tools. Along with companies and research institutes, patients and health care providers also benefit from these solutions via improved treatment.
