I am a geneticist and I am working as a doctoral researcher (supervisors: Jukka Hytönen, Annukka Pietikäinen, Jukka Alinikula) at the University of Turku, Institute of Biomedicine. I have wide laboratory experience in molecular microbiology, molecular virology, and basic microbiology, following my previous work experiment as a biomedical laboratory scientist at Turku University Hospital and Department of Virology.
My research interests are:
- Immunopathogenesis of LB in animal models and in humans
- Development novel laboratory diagnostic tools for TBDs
- Single-cell RNA sequencing
