SHIFT Business Festival Side Event: Smart Experience Design Mini-Workshop at Turku Design Studio

Turku Design Studio of the University of Turku is hosting a side event at their own premises, conveniently located near the SHIFT event venue (400 m, 5 minutes’ walk from the Visitor Centre JOKI. https://theshift.fi/side-events-2023/)

The speaker for the Smart Experience Design Workshop is Professor Yong Se Kim, Director of Turku Design Studio, at the University of Turku.

Workshop participants will gain insights through collaborative activities, including:

• Understanding what experiences entail.
• Exploring smart experiences.
• Discussing smart experience design using customer experience data.

The event is free and will be conducted in English. No pre-registration is required, but coffee will be available for the first 40 attendees.
