Following successful Food Consumption and Preparation Empathy workshop of December, 2022, the Turku Design Studio of the University of Turku is hosting Sustainable Restaurant Kitchen Empathy Workshop on December, 8, 2023.

Are you an experienced professional in the realm of commercial kitchens? Turku Design Studio’s service design team is eager to tap into your hands-on expertise to explore sustainable food preparation practices. Your unique stories and insights can significantly contribute to meaningful discussions.

We invite you to participate in a collaborative workshop at Turku Design Studio, located at Lemminkäisenkatu 28, Turku. The workshop will span 3 hours and provide an opportunity for you to share your experiences. As a token of our appreciation for your valuable time, participants will receive a non-wage compensation of approximately 100 euros or more.
