Business Finland decided to fund ECOCRIN project
SUSTAINABLE AND INNOVATIVE CREATIVE ECOSYSTEMS: ECOLOGICAL APPROACH TO POLICY INNOVATION FOR CREATIVE SECTORS IN FINLAND (ECOCRIN)
The ECOCRIN project (University of Turku) aims to find solutions to increase the growth and innovation potential of the creative sectors. In order to identify precise policy actions, it is important to identify the needs and functions of the ecosystem and the key stakeholders. Local, regional and national organisations and policies support the creative industries, but at the same time, a collaborative approach between public, private and third sector organisations is also required.
A visionary grassroots understanding of the ecosystem needs is necessary to renew top-down and fragmented policy-making.
