Admission rates

• FiBTRA member – 160€ *
• Non-FiBTRA member  – 200€
• Industry – 300€

*  To qualify for the member discount, you must have paid the 2025 FiBTRA annual membership fee of 15€ before or during registration.

Registration includes:

• Symposium participation
• Lunch and coffee breaks at the venue
• Gala dinner
• Symposium material

Accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee

Abstracts and posters

Based on the submitted abstracts seven researchers are invited to give a talk in the Symposium.

There is space for 20 posters. Students and young researchers are encouraged to present their research results at the poster sessions

Certificates

If you need a certificate of attendance or from presenting a poster (2cr), the coordinator will sign the certificates at the info desk during the lunch break on Friday.
