The MICADO instrument took an important step forward
The Multi-AO Imaging Camera for Deep Observations (MICADO) instrument for the ELT Telescope achieved an important milestone in September 2024 when it passed its final design review. The adaptive optics of MICADO combined with the immense light gathering power of the ELT will enable unprecedented observations to me made in the future. FINCA is one of the partners involved in the design of this instrument.
