Human Diveristy autumn updates
Human Diversity has an exciting autumn ahead, filled with a variety of lectures.
The autumn season kicks off with a series of seminars at Turku Main Library, where human diversity will be explored from the perspectives of genetics, archaeological burial finds, diseases, linguistics, and artificial intelligence. There will be a total of eight lectures, which are open to the public and will be presented in Finnish.

In addition, we will once again be hosting a high-level international seminar in October, “Current Trends in Human Diversity,” where we will hear Dr. Lara Cassidy’s presentation on ancient genetics.
More detailed information about the seminars, their presentation times, and locations can be found on our Events page.
We are excited to welcome you on board to the HuDi autumn 2025!
