For Schools

In IMPRES we investigate how we can support schools in implementing the KiVa antibullying program and how to ingrain the program in the school’s day to day operations. As a part of the study schools are randomly assigned to either the intervention or the control group.

The teachers and students of both groups are invited to answer a questionnaire in three consecutive springs in 2022–2024. The student questionnaire largely corresponds to the annual online KiVa questionnaire carried out in schools. Unlike in previous years, all staff members in participating schools are invited to answer the questionnaire.

Alongside the questionnaires, schools in the intervention group are provided with training and mentoring on KiVa program implementation in the academic year 2022–2023.

Important dates in academic year 2023-2024:

March: Student survey is open (corresponds to the annual KiVa questionnaire)

April/May: Staff survey is open.
