 The concepts of sustainability and healthiness are rarely associated with tastiness in our minds. Why is that, and how could this be changed? This is the question that the University of Turku, the University of Vaasa, and Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences aim to address in their joint  KURU project, in collaboration with educational and advisory organizations as well as companies.
