The conference takes place onsite at the University of Turku campus, in the Publicum Building.
Arriving in Turku
Turku has its own airport with direct flights from Stockholm, Riga, Gdansk and Rome, with many connections available through SAS via Stockholm and airBaltic via Riga. Turku is also close to the Helsinki-Vantaa airport, which is a 2.5 hour bus or train ride away. There are also daily ferries operating between Turku and Stockholm.
Staying in Turku
The conference has quota reservations at three hotels, each located at the heart of Turku, next to the market square. All the hotels are approximately 2 kilometers away from the Publicum Building and next to good bus connections.
The delegates will get an affordable conference rate for their bookings using booking codes which are listed separately below for each hotel. The cut-off date for hotel bookings for the lowered rate is May 4, 2025.
