Luna’s visit comes to an end!

What an amazing week in Finland with the POOL project! It was great and stimulating to be back in the Evo forests, where researchers, stakeholders and artists are working together to build and share knowledge about the vernal pool ecosystems.

Luna joined the fieldwork activities to gather material for the animation she will produce in the coming months, showing how a vernal pool changes through the seasons.

There’s way more than just mosquitoes in these still little-known but valuable temporary wetlands.
