Abstract call and registration

Call for Abstracts – Now Open!

Deadline: May 1, 2026

We invite researchers and clinicians to submit abstracts to the 11th SCENE Symposium, to be held in Turku, Finland, on September 24–25, 2026. Abstracts presenting original research or quality improvement (QI) initiatives aimed at improving parent–infant closeness in neonatal care are welcomed. All accepted abstracts will be presented as short oral presentations.

Instructions for Abstract Submission

  • Maximum 300 words (includes title; excludes authors and institutions).
  • Required headings: Objectives, Material and Methods, Results, Conclusions.
  • Submit as a PDF attachment.
  • Email your submission to btandb@vestreviken.no by the 1st of May 2026.
  • Notification of acceptance will be sent by May 31, 2026
