Smart Systems at ECC 2026

From 7-10 July, Gabriel Lima and Wallace Moreira Bessa from Smart Systems at University of Turku attended the European Control Conference 2026 (ECC 2026) in Reykjavík, Iceland.

During the conference, Gabriel Lima presented his work on intelligent control for the path-following of mass-centric vessels, developed in collaboration with Tomi Westerlund and Wallace Moreira Bessa.

The conference offered a valuable opportunity to discuss recent advances in control, learning-based methods, machine learning, and their applications to complex engineering systems.
