PRINSE’26 Highlights Advances in Printed Electronics
Our senior researcher Dr. Mohammad Reza Golobostanfard participated in the PRINSE’26 – 9th PrintoCent Industry Seminar, a key event focusing on the latest developments in printed electronics, in late January 2026
The event featured a range of inspiring presentations from startups and established companies, showcasing innovative technologies for energy systems, biomedical applications, and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. These sessions provided valuable insights into emerging trends and industrial applications of printed electronic technologies.
As part of the conference program, participants took part in a one-day visit to the VTT Oulu Research Centre, where they were introduced to roll-to-roll printing machines used for large-scale fabrication. The visit also included a tour of the University of Oulu’s printed electronics facilities, where attendees gained hands-on experience with laboratory-scale fabrication processes.
Overall, PRINSE’26 provided a comprehensive view of the current state and future potential of printed electronics, supporting knowledge exchange and collaboration across research and industry communities.
