STIMULUS meeting in Paris
The STIMULUS Consortium convened for its second face-to-face meeting at INSERM, Paris, on March 20-21. This gathering provided an opportunity for in-depth discussions and collaborative planning of upcoming activities. It was a pleasure to have the External Expert Advisory Board members present, as well, actively supporting and providing their feedback on ongoing and future tasks.
The meeting included a hands-on session at INSERM’s Vascular Lab, where prototypes of the multi-wavelength Speckle Plethysmography (SPG) contact device and the multi-spectral device, HEMI, were tested. Further, the integration of the speckle imaging technique and HEMI will result in a single device, named HEMI-Speckle, capable of measuring a 3D speckle image of tissue.
