Dr. Moammar Dayoub, Agricultural economist, Senior researcher at the University of Turku, Finland. He is interested in Production economics and farm management, feasibility studies, cost analyses, and value chains. Economic analysis of agricultural adaptation to climate change impacts.
He has experience in Smart Farms and IoT for agriculture, farming systems, Participatory approaches, and socio-economic studies.
He worked on the grass-root mobile climate services for small-scale farmers project and UCNDrone – UAS (Drone) University Collaboration Network project.
Served as the head of Center Salamieh, Syria for Scientific Agricultural, which focuses on livestock and crop research, Reducing production costs; improving technologies; and rationalizing the use of production inputs Conserve and develop agricultural resources.
His Ph.D. thesis is on raising the economic efficiency of grain and sustainability. He is teaching agricultural economics and management of natural resources and economics of agricultural production.
