Dining Flow

Today, University of Turku published the press release for our final of Dining Flow project aimed at reducing food and energy waste in Self Service Restaurant (SSR), while also enhancing the experience of both diners and kitchen staff.

In the press release we have the words of Professor Jaakko Järvi, dean of the Faculty of Technology at the University of Turku,  Janne Öfversten, digital innovation lead at KONE.
