Video shoot for Suni`s recent paper in JoVe

We published the methodology to quantify the potential impact of glyphosate-based herbicides on microbial compositions in non-target organisms in the Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE; doi: 10.3791/63109). The article presents a detailed protocol of the workflow from field experiments to bioinformatics analysis of target genes in microbes to detect the potential sensitivity of organisms to glyphosate.
