Seminar day at Paimio Sanatorium

The helandersaikkonenlab met for a seminar day at Paimio Sanatorium, which is one of the arcitectural master pieces of Alvar and Aino Aalto!

We enjoyed presentations from collaborators at University of Jyväskylä (Riitta Nissinen), University of Oulu (Olli Loukola), Eurecat Technology Center of Catalonia (Pere Puigbo)

and lively discussions about our ongoing projects: GLYPHOBEE (PI Marjo Helander) funded by the Finnish Cultural Foundation, MICROBIPOLAR (PI Kari Saikkonen) funded by the Academy of Finland!
