The STEPS study
🍀 What is the STEPS study?
– The population of the study consists of all children born in the Hospital District of Southwest Finland between 2008 and 2010. From this population, around 1800 families were included in the more intensive Steps to the healthy development and well-being of children follow-up study. The follow-up group will be followed up with visits and questionnaires from maternity clinic to early adulthood
🍀 What is the aim of the study?
– The study will focus on a cross-sectoral approach to investigating factors related to the health and well-being of children and families. The aim is to promote healthy child development and family well-being. Child and family well-being can be supported within the family, but also in settings such as clinics, nurseries and schools
