PIM expression levels in prostate cancer have now been thoroughly analysed
We have compared the expression levels of the three PIM family kinases in benign and malignant prostate tissues and shown that expression of all of them can be increased during prostate cancer progression. We have also observed that the oncogenic ERG transcription factor regulates expression of all PIM genes.
