Entrepreneurship Workshops — a structured path to startup
A three-session series runs monthly (in English) that teaches you how to get from idea to validating your concept with real customers.
Workshop description
The workshops are always on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12.30-15.30. The ending times are flexible based on the group size etc. But we always end by 15.30.
Monday
30.11.2026
Session 1: Ideation & Validation
Turn ideas into tested concepts with NABC, Lean Canvas, early prototyping and customer interviews.
Generate and learn how to validate business concepts in a single hands-on workshop. You will move from open, creative ideation (using tools like the NABC model) to testing real-world feasibility and customer desirability through Lean Canvas framing, early prototyping, and structured customer interview techniques. Learn how to identify target segments, uncover real problems, test critical assumptions, and iterate toward product–market fit based on evidence rather than guesswork.
Wednesday
2.12.2026
Session 2: Commercialization & Business Planning
Build your path to market: value proposition, competitors, revenue and pricing models, and funding options.
Develop a clear path to market by refining your value proposition, analyzing competitors, and selecting suitable revenue, pricing, and distribution models. You will also outline key activities, resources, partnerships, and funding options to form a concise business plan foundation.
Friday
4.12.2026
Session 3: Pitching
Pitch your idea clearly: structure it, practice short pitches and design a simple pitch deck.
Learn how to communicate the core of your idea clearly and convincingly by structuring a compelling pitch around the key elements: problem, solution, value, business model, market landscape, team, traction, and ask. You will practice delivering short pitches, refining your message, and designing a simple, effective pitch deck that supports your business idea.
