What does an entrepreneurial mindset mean?
An entrepreneurial mindset means being able to create new solutions and ways of working that benefit others. In many fields, individuals can use this same approach to work as entrepreneurs themselves.
Studies in the different fields at the University of Turku include many contents that strengthen your ability and readiness to act in an entrepreneurial way. The university also offers individual courses for developing and testing your own business idea, and it supports student entrepreneurship with a low threshold.
Entrepreneurship as part of your degree
Studies that prepare you for entrepreneurship and an entrepreneurial mindset are included in all fields. Depending on the field of study, your studies may include, for example:
- projects and theses carried out for companies or other organisations
- innovation workshops and building prototypes
