Department of Geography and Geology offer following courses for lake and marine sediment research every year. Teaching language is English if there is more than one who doesn’t understand Finnish.
- Sub-arctic lake coring field course in Kevo Research Station (2 ECTS)
One week practical lake sediment coring course in Finnish Lapland in April.

- Environmental geochemistry of nitrogen and phosphorus (5 ECTS)
