Qualitative material collection is now closed!
Due to the current pandemic, in LUMODI we experimented alternative qualitative methods, to complement the survey’s results.
For this, we used the probes, “designed packages of mixed-media materials, such as disposable cameras, diaries, photo albums, postcards, and tape recorders, which are given to participants to explore and complete in their daily environments” (Robertson, 2008).
13 research participants from various language groups (Arabic-, Russian-, and Somali-speaking) helped us to carry out these activities.
Results from these research activities and the survey will be published on this website.
