FLAVORIA
Flavoria® is a multidisciplinary research infrastructure located at Medisiina D building and coordinated by the Nutrition and Food Research Center at the Univeristy of Turku. Flavoria provides environments and platforms for studying food choices, health, sustainability, technology, and consumer behavior. Flavoria enables multidisciplinary research by offering three different environments for constructing research setups: a lunch restaurant equipped with intelligent lunch lines for data collection, a café, and a multisensory space called Aistikattila.
