WHAT? The Young Researchers event is an annual student seminar organized by Master’s and Master’s degree engineering students of the University of Turku’s Department of Biotechnology. The event brings together ambitious, curious and innovative students who present the results of their final work, ideas and experiences with oral presentations and posters.

WHERE & WHEN? The event will be held at PharmaCity (Itäinen Pitkäkatu 4, Turku) 27.3.-31.3.2023. The lectures are in the Pha1 hall from March 27-31, 2023.The posters can be seen on 29.3. from 8 am to 4 pmin hall Pha2, and 29.3. in the poster session held from 12:30 to 14:00 you can discuss the posters with the authors. The event is open to everyone.

FOR WHOM? The event is open to everyone interested in (bio)sciences and (bio)technology. Regardless of whether you are a student, a hobbyist or a future scientist, you are welcome to join the club! At the event, you will have the opportunity to talk with Master’s and Diploma engineering students and experienced researchers, listen to oral presentations about their work, and view scientific posters. Welcome!

The event brings together ambitious, curious, and creative-minded M.Sc. and M.Sc.(tech.) students to share the results of their thesis work, ideas, and experiences through oral presentations and posters.

WHERE AND WHEN? The lectures will be in lecture hall Pha1 from 27th to 31st March 2023. The posters will be available for viewing in lecture hall Pha2 on the 29thofMarch from 8-16, and during the Poster Session, The event is open to all interested individuals .

FOR WHOM? The event is open to all individuals who are passionate about (bio)science and (bio)technology. Whether you are a student, a hobbyist, or an aspiring scientist, we welcome you to join us on this exciting journey. You will get the opportunity to interact with M.Sc. and M.Sc. (tech.) students and experienced researchers, attend their oral presentations, and look through the posters of their research work. Welcome!
