Participate in working life-related peer support group

Are you thinking about finding a career in Finland? Are you thinking about what your strengths and your skills are? Do the demands of studies and working life feel burdensome? You are not alone with these thoughts. Come share your thoughts and get peer support from other international students!

In working life-related peer support meetings, discussions related to working life, identifying own skills and growing one’s self-knowledge to help with career planning.  The support group is especially designed for Master’s degree students.

Peer support meetings will be organized 4 times during March-May 2023. The group is mostly self-guided but there will be a career coach present in the meetings. The members of the peer support group will be able decide what topics they want to discuss during the meetings.

Peer group will meet on campus. The group meetings are not held online or hybrid. Make sure that you are able to attend the meetings on campus and that the meeting times fit your schedule.

  • Wednesday 12.4. klo 10-11.30
  • Wednesday 3.5. klo 14-15.30

Deadline for the registration is on 15th of February. The number of attendees is limited and will be selected on a first come first served basis. If less than 5 participants register, peer support group will not be formed.  If we receive a lot of applications for the peer support group, we might be able to form two peer support groups.

You are not able to get any study credits from participating in this peer support group.
