Tita – a smart mindfulness app
Tita is a mindfulness app developed at the University of Turku. A recent randomized controlled trial found that using Tita reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression. The application tailors a 30-day mindfulness course for the user based on a set of initial questions. Tita can distinguish between stress, depression, and anxiety, and is able to guide the user depending on which issues are currently most relevant in their life. Tita was developed by psychologist Oskari Lahtinen, PhD.
