Tita – a smart mindfulness app
Tita is a mindfulness app for upper secondary education students. Tita asks questions from its user and tailors him/her a 30-day mindfulness course based on the answers. Tita can tell the difference between stress, depression, and anxiety and will guide its user based on what they are going through in their life at the moment. In studies, an earlier version of Tita was found to alleviate anxiety and depression and increase happiness of users. Tita was designed by psychologist Oskari Lahtinen (PhD).
