Teemu Kipinoinen

Teemu is a medical doctor who received his medical degree from the University of Turku. As clinician, he works as a geriatrician and doctor for palliative and end of life care. He is also currently specializing in internal medicine.

Teemu has been part of the research group since 2020 when he started his PhD project. His primary area of research revolves around the metabolic changes that take place during midlife and their association with neuroinflammation, beta-amyloid accumulation and cerebrovascular lesions in late-life.
