BIODIFORM Network launch -event

On a sunny afternoon on 22nd of June a BIODIFORM Network launch -event was arranged at the Botanic Garden of the University of Turku.

In the event the network researchers as well as the network itself got introduced. The participants got to know each other and future cooperation was planned.

The network will continue its work on autumn once the tenure track -positions are filled and the selected candidates start in their positions. As the consortium strongly relates to the university’s sustainability theme, we are confident that the network will grow along the way.

The participants also had the opportunity to visit the outdoor garden in its summer glory and the indoor greenhouses where plants bloom all year round.
