Design Meets Engineering: Dr. Elif Küçüksayrac at UTU

We had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Elif Küçüksayrac, Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Design at Istanbul Technical University. During her three-day visit, she delivered an inspiring lecture on sustainable and strategic design, highlighting concepts from her courses and recent research on smart and connected products as well as smart campuses. Alongside the lecture, Dr. Küçüksayrac met with professors from mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, and computer science to discuss potential collaboration opportunities, and also visited the laboratories in Agora. The visit fostered meaningful knowledge sharing and opened new pathways for cross-disciplinary cooperation between design and engineering.
