An annual conference meeting

The European Manufacturing Consortium meeting was held at the University of Turku. The conference focused on proposing potential cooperation and successful data collection processing. The main focus was reviewing cases from previous years, following the technology trends of the current strategic development process. The transition to digital service models discussed their effects, such as from the perspective of increasing digitization in the industry. The benefits and challenges of regional industrial cooperation were also discussed. The expansion of cross-border collaboration for the good of Europe was discussed. The next ones were tentatively planned to occur in a partner country, this time in May 2024 in Latvia.
