Applied research and services

Materials research can be part of different research fields. We work in collaboration with both the scientific and the business community. Our expertise has been needed in various research fields where materials science can offer answers.

We have an access and knowledge on research infrastructures like high resolution scanning electron microscope (SEM) and x-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS). Those instruments can be used for detailed imaging and analysis of different materials. With them we can serve a variety of research areas and collaborate with other research groups.
