FINNESS workshop 2026
Researchers working on neuromorphic computing and emerging AI hardware will gather in Turku in June 2026 at the Finnish Neuromorphic Systems 2026 workshop. The two-day event brings together expertise in materials science, physics, electronics, and brain-inspired computing technologies, while also serving as a kick-off event for the Business Finland funded OCEANAut project coordinated at the Wihuri Physical Laboratory.
The workshop includes both an industry-focused collaboration day and an academic research workshop covering topics such as memristive devices, emerging materials, edge AI, and neuromorphic systems. The event aims to strengthen Finnish and European collaboration in next-generation computing technologies.
The workshop is organised by the University of Turku, Åbo Akademi University, and the FINNESS network. More information and registration details are available on the official workshop page.
