Dr. Mokurala Krishnaiah is a materials scientist and device engineer with over a decade of international research experience in India, South Korea, the USA, and Finland. He was a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Researcher at Tampere University until 31 March 2026 and earned his PhD from IIT Bombay, India. His research focuses on self-powered photodetectors, indoor and outdoor photovoltaics, memristors, RRAM, flexible electronics, and AI-driven materials design. Currently, he is working on memristor miniaturization for edge computing applications. He has authored over 55 peer-reviewed publications, filed two international patents, and received major research funding from MSCA, NRF Korea, and SERB India. He is also active in mentoring, teaching, and international collaborations.
