FOODNUTRI
FOODNUTRI is a national research infrastructure that supports sustainable development across the Finnish food system by providing shared equipment, databases, and digital tools. FOODNUTRI promotes diverse use of Finnish raw materials and technical solutions for food processing and packaging, and produces information on the composition and safety of food products and ingredients, physiological responses to food, consumer behavior and attitudes as well as sustainability of food choices. FOODNUTRI serves researchers, companies, authorities, healthcare professionals, farmers and other stakeholders. The infrastructure is developed by a consortium of Finnish universities and research institutes.
