Arslan awarded EDUFI Fellowship

Arslan Hanifi in our group has been awarded an EDUFI Fellowship from the Finnish Ministry of Education to support his research. His project focuses on in silico screening of small-molecule compounds targeting mRNP biogenesis factors, aiming to identify potential regulators of RNA metabolism.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with Outi Salo-Ahen’s group at Åbo Akademi, combining structural bioinformatics with molecular biology to advance understanding of RNA-protein interactions.
