In this session will aim to bring together service providers from across the food service ecosystem to explore innovative frameworks from kitchen, diner, and decision-making perspectives.  

During the workshop, we will:

• Explore common pain points and opportunities in reducing food waste
• Discuss data-driven interventions that support decision-making
• Collaborate on building frameworks that align with the needs of kitchen and dining environments
