TSE EXE is driven by the goal of promoting Finnish leadership skills and supporting the development of organizations and individuals in an ever-changing world. Strong leadership is built on multidisciplinary, research-based knowledge, practical experience, and the courage to take risks. This combination is the key to sustainable growth, well-being, and competitiveness.
At the heart of TSE EXE is a passion for combining academic research with practical business needs. TSE EXE offers programs that go beyond training – they are holistic learning journeys that support participants’ development as leaders, strengthen networks, and enable them to apply new insights directly in practice.
The unit is driven by the opportunity to play a meaningful role in supporting the growth and renewal of both individuals and organizations. The successes of clients and their experiences of the added value of training are among the greatest sources of inspiration in TSE EXE’s work.
