The Goal of the Program

The Finnish-language Future Excellence (FE) program focuses on the fundamental themes of business development, with strong connections between theory, practical management work, and business cases, as well as the evaluation and development of one’s own activities. Key aspects of the program include collaborative and individual work, interactivity, peer learning, and real-world business cases.

Company visits

During the Future Excellence program, 1–2 organized business visits will take place—either to the participants’ companies or to other selected companies.
These visits are designed to provide practical experience and insights into specific industries or business practices.
The purpose of the visits is to give participants the opportunity to learn about the company’s operations, culture, management, products or services, and the roles and responsibilities of its employees.

Program assignment

DEVELOPMENT WORK

During the program, each participant will complete a development project that supports the growth of their own skills and their application to their role, organization, and company.
The project will be guided by both an academic advisor with experience in executive education and an expert supervisor with a strong background in the business world.
